WPS series large hole self-centering welding chuck
WPS series self-centering welding chuck adopts bevel gear and coiled wire structure to drive jaws to move radially at the same time, thus realizing automatic centering of workpieces. Combining the advantages of light welding chuck and machine tool chuck, it has the advantages of high precision, large clamping force, light, convenient and flexible mechanism, no deformation and no jamming. The overall thickness of the chuck is reduced by 50%, thus reducing the center distance of the workpiece and improving the bearing capacity of the welding equipment.
