The system is equipped with the original American Miller® welding power supply, which has excellent arc characteristics and stable output performance, providing a reliable guarantee for high-quality welding. The innovative design of quick changing mechanism enables the equipment to switch between different welding stations within 15 minutes, which greatly improves the work efficiency. Adaptive welding tools can automatically identify and match the geometric shapes of various joints to achieve accurate welding.

Magnetic adsorption fillet welding system

The patented magnetic adsorption technology of the system can generate an adsorption force as high as 18kN, which is specially designed for welding the bottom plate and supporting feet of the storage tank. Compared with the traditional fixture fixing method, the magnetic adsorption system can complete the positioning within 30 seconds, and the construction efficiency is improved by more than 60%. The unique magnetic circuit design ensures stable adsorption performance under high temperature welding environment, which effectively solves the problem that the traditional fixture is easy to deform at high temperature.
